PB4L programmes

Here are PB4L programmes that RTLB may be involved in (see MoE Positive Behaviour for Learning action plan update 2011.pdf )

The Incredible Years (IYT) for teachers programme:

  • This provides strategies for addressing disruptive behaviour in children aged three to eight years old.
  • The focus is on building a positive classroom environment and positive relationships.

The School Wide Framework:

  • This enables a kura/school to develop a culture where positive behaviour and learning thrive.


  • A new website and toolkit, launched in the first half of 2012, that will assist schools review and improve their school climates, identifying ways of building a safe and caring school climate that will reduce antisocial behaviours.
