Learning support application forms are for school use. One page of supporting data may be used to accompany LSF 11-13 applications. LSF 0-10 is applied for in conjunction with RTLB and uploaded via the database. Requests for assistance are made to the service using the online database. Only schools can refer to the RTLB service. Intake meetings occur every three weeks. At these meetings, all new referrals are prioritised and assessed. Cases are then either allocated to RTLB or put on the wait list. Requests for assistance can be fast tracked in high needs cases by emailing the practice leader in your area. |
